Why do we process your personal data?

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the Protection of Personal Data, TECNATOM, S.A., as the owner of this website, informs all users who provide their personal data that their details will be incorporated into various TECNATOM systems and the processing performed will be recorded in an Activity Register.

Through creating their profiles, users expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their personal data be processed by TECNATOM, S.A. with the purpose of participating in the staff selection processes that TECNATOM, S.A. carry out.

Such data is being collected for the sole purpose of having a database made up of those professionals interested in participating in the selection processes carried out by TECNATOM, S.A.

Your personal data will be processed for the time strictly necessary, unless you revoke your consent, and without prejudice to such details being held while the legal obligations applicable to TECNATOM prevail.

Will your information be communicated to third parties?

Only the staff of TECNATOM, S.A. linked to the Human Resources and Staff Selection department and the technical staff who manage the database, have access to your data.

Likewise, TECNATOM informs users that once their express, informed and unequivocal consent has been given in the user registration process, their personal data may be shared with the Spanish companies that are part of the TECNATOM Group.

With respect to the data processors, TECNATOM states that it follows strict criteria for the selection of service providers in order to comply with its data protection obligations.

In this respect, TECNATOM will have the corresponding data processing contracts with third parties that process or access the personal data controlled by TECNATOM, in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection regulations.
